Welcome to VYRO. By downloading, installing or using our apps or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps or services.

1. About VYRO

VYRO is an independent app studio based in India ("we", "us", "our"). We provide free Android applications, and from time to time we may offer optional paid digital plans and services.

2. Our Services

• Our Android apps are provided free of charge for personal use.
• Optional paid plans or services, where offered, are digital in nature and are delivered electronically, as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
• We may update, improve, change or discontinue any app or feature at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

When using our apps and services, you agree that you will not:

• Use them for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• Copy, modify, resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer our apps except where the law expressly permits it;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to our apps, services or any connected systems;
• Misrepresent yourself or submit false information when contacting us or making a payment.

4. Digital Content

All content in our apps — including text, graphics, logos and design — belongs to VYRO or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the content for your personal, non-commercial use only. Information provided in our apps (including health, fitness, study and calculation tools) is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice.

5. Payments

Payments for any paid plans or services are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms. We do not collect or store your card, net-banking or UPI credentials on our systems. Our cancellation and refund terms are described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our apps and services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VYRO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our apps or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

Our apps and this website may link to third-party services (such as Telegram and Razorpay). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party services.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our apps or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
