Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains, in simple words, how VYRO ("we", "us", "our") handles information in our Android apps and on this website.

1. Most of Our Apps Collect No Personal Data

Most VYRO apps are designed to work fully offline, on your device. They do not require an account, do not ask for your name, email address or phone number, and do not send your personal data to us. Any settings, favourites or progress you create in an offline app stay stored only on your device, and you can remove them at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app.

2. Online Features

A few of our apps include optional online features (for example, fetching public wallpapers or looking up a word online). When you use such a feature, the app connects to the internet to fetch public content. These requests do not include your personal information, other than the technical details your device and internet connection normally share with any website (such as your IP address), which are handled by the respective service providers under their own privacy policies.

3. Payments

Payments for any paid plans, packs or services are handled by our trusted third-party payment provider, Razorpay. We never see, collect or store your card details, net-banking credentials or UPI PIN. We may receive basic confirmation of a successful payment (such as a payment reference) so that we can deliver the product you purchased.

4. This Website

This is a simple static website. It does not use cookies, does not run advertising trackers and does not collect any information from visitors. If you follow a link to another website, that website's own privacy policy will apply.

5. When You Contact Us

If you contact us on Telegram or through our support pages, we will see the information you choose to share in that conversation (such as your public username and your messages). We use it only to respond to you and to provide support.

6. Children's Privacy

Our apps are general-audience tools. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
